Questions people ask before installing
Does my co-parent have to use the same phone as me?
No. One of you can be on an iPhone and the other on Android, and you both see the same information.
Do we each pay?
No. ParenThing is billed once per family, not per parent, and every new parent starts with 30 days of Premium free.
Can my co-parent see my private notes?
No. You each get your own private sign-in and your own view. Nothing is shared with a mediator or solicitor unless both of you agree to it, and either of you can end that access alone.
I already have an account. Do I set it up again?
No. Sign in with the same email address and everything carries straight over.
